What data we process

1) Browsing and security data

When you browse this website, systems collect technical data required for operation and security: IP address, user-agent, requested URL, date/time, referer, language, session identifier and a technical visitor identifier (the visitor_id cookie).

We use these data for:

  • security, abuse prevention and diagnostics;
  • internal aggregated statistics (e.g. most visited pages, traffic trends) through the internal admin reporting tool.

2) Data submitted through booking/contact forms

When you submit a booking request, we process the data you provide (such as first name, last name, phone, email, stay dates, number of guests and message) in order to handle your request.

Form data are sent by email to the Controller and are not used for automated marketing profiling.

Legal basis

  • performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (availability/booking request);
  • Controller legitimate interest in website security and internal technical analytics;
  • compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.

Whether providing data is mandatory

Data marked as required in the form are necessary to process your request. Without them, the request cannot be properly submitted.

Data retention

  • Technical visit logs: up to 12 months (older records are automatically deleted).
  • Technical visitor_id cookie: 365 days.
  • Requests sent via forms: retained in the Controller mailbox for the time needed to manage the request and any related legal obligations.

Data recipients

Data are processed by authorized personnel and by technical providers strictly necessary for service operation (hosting, email infrastructure, technical maintenance), appointed where required by law. Data are not sold to third parties.

Transfers outside the EU

The website loads third-party external resources (e.g. Google Fonts), which may involve transfer of technical data (such as IP address) to countries outside the EU according to those providers policies.

Cookies used

The website uses technical cookies required for operation:

  • application session cookie (duration: session);
  • technical cookie-consent cookie (duration up to 365 days);
  • pseudonymous technical cookie for internal statistics and abuse prevention (duration up to 365 days);
  • technical authentication cookies, used only after login to restricted/admin areas.

The website does not use first-party advertising profiling cookies.

Your rights
