The Piemontese Merenda Sinoira, a sort of late-afternoon brunch. Basically it is a sort of dinner where you taste some of the traditional dishes of our region: meats and local cheeses, peppers with bagna cauda, anchovies with a green sauce, veal with tuna sauce, raw meat, fresh bread. Than, it usually ends with some typical desserts like the bunet or the classic hazelnut cake with muscat eggnog.
At the Merenda Sinoira you can taste local wines at your choice.
